We are seeking a dynamic, well-motivated and compassionate person to take on the role of:
Community Support Worker
Part–time: 16 hours per week
Salary: £23,006 p.a., on a pro-rata basis
Fixed two year post, with the possibility of extension
You will be the Foodbank’s first point of contact for clients and
referral agencies, working directly with them to improve our service.
It is essential that you are a team player with the ability to listen and communicate clearly. A non-judgemental approach and experience of working with those who are vulnerable is essential.
A current driving licence and use of a car is essential.
We are also looking for an organised, enthusiastic and capable person to become our:
Administrative Assistant
Part-time: 10 hours per week
Salary: £23,006 p.a., on a pro-rata basis
Fixed one year post, with the possibility of extension
You will be a key member of our small and friendly team, helping to keep our service running smoothly. Computer literacy, office experience and a friendly manner are essential.
Training and induction will be provided for both posts.
