Recipe of the Week: Delicious Tuna Fishcakes!

Looking for a simple, tasty meal? Try out our new recipe – Tuna Fishcakes! Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
2 tins of potatoes
50ml milk
7 oz/200g peas (canned or fresh)
2 tins of tuna
7 oz/200g breadcrumbs (if you don’t have ready-made breadcrumbs, crumble the end of bread very fine)
2 lightly beaten eggs
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them with the milk.
Boil and drain the peas, then add the tuna and mash together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Dip each patty in the beaten egg, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve your delicious tuna fishcakes with crushed potatoes or homemade chips and a fresh salad. Perfect for a family meal!
