Flapjack Recipe

Check out this fantastic flapjack recipe contributed by the wonderful Carly Oberdries and Danny Davies!
Ingredients:
6 oz/170g margarine
6 oz/170g demerara sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
8 oz/225g porridge oats
Instructions:
Put margarine and sugar into a large pan and add golden syrup.
Gently melt, DON’T boil.
Remove from the heat, add oats, and mix well.
Spoon into a greased or lined baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
