Staying safe, staying open

30th July 2021

For the foreseeable future, the Dorking Area Foodbank will continue to maintain Covid safety practices i.e. wearing masks, hand sanitising, thorough cleaning, a one-way system and social distancing.  Whilst these things are no longer mandatory, Covid is still out there and with currently rising infections, we do not know what the future will hold.  The foodbank is not prepared to put clients and volunteers at risk and now more than ever we must ensure that we can remain open to serve those in need.

We will continue to display a Test and Trace QR code for those who wish to use it but we will no longer ask clients for a  contact telephone number for the purposes of Test and Trace.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
