Dorking Food Bank has now been open for one year and has supplied 8,500 meals to local people in need

The Dorking Area Foodbank opened its doors on the 2nd June 2015.  In its first year of operation it has distributed 942 parcels of  emergency food supplies for 3 days.  361 of those parcels were given to feed children and 581 were for adults.  The 942 parcels of food distributed will have provided approximately 8,500 meals to those in need of food in the Dorking Area.
